Hi,
I gave up trying to fall asleep...When I went to the doctor on Mon. he perscribed me sleeping pills. I took them Mon. and Tue. and slept good so last nite I thought I could sleep but here it is after am and I'm still awake. I guess I will take a pill tonight. I need to get my body back on track......Before the doc it was 3 nites in a row with no sleep.. I was a zombie.
