new best friend

Hi. my new best friend since shoulder surgery on 1/10 has been my ice machine..it really helps with the pain and swelling...........I am down to 2 pain pills a day..I go see the doc on Monday..I hope I get rid of the imoblizer but I doubt it.. I think I have to wear for 6 weeks...maybe by that time I will be a good lefty..and then there is a couple months of pt.
