WELL

Well,
    Another night of no sleep, I have had a really hard time sleeping at night since the surgery. It's like my days and nights are reversed. I tried a long walk yesterday but it didn't work, when night came and bed time was here I just couldn't sleep . So I am in a dark house with no noise or company but my dog  and I still can't fall asleep. So when it starts getting light I finally fall  asleep and wake up at 1:30. Tonight I may try tylenol pm to see if it works......need to get back on track. Any suggestions?
