No-Sew Burlap Valance

This great valance looks really expensive and really elegant but you can make it in just about an hour and it costs very little to create. You basically just have to measure the window, cut the burlap and then hang it on the window. You can use thumbtacks to secure it into place and the burlap will perfectly hide the tacks so they won’t be seen. The frayed edges look great on the bottom and you just have to place ties of some sort wherever you want them to raise the valance however you prefer.
