- 1tbs oil
- 1lb chicken breasts cut in strips
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1tbs oil
- 1lb chicken breasts cut in strips

- 1 red pepper cut in strips
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 8oz can water chestnuts
- 1/3 cup asian toasted sesame dressing
- 1/4 tea red pepper
- Heat oil in non-stick skillet over med high heat , add chicken and garlic and cook till evenly brown about 4 min
- add peppers and snow peas cook 2-3 mins
- add dressing and red pepper and cook about 2 more mins
this takes about 30 mins to prepare and is a healthy dinner
