CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER RITZ COOKIES

A sweet and salty treat

 48 ritz crackers
3/4 c peanut butter
16oz semi-sweet chocolate

 line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper
put 24 crackers on it and top with about 1/2 tbs. peanut butter-top with cracker
melt chips-dip crackers to coat
place on paper and chill for 1 hour
put in airtight container an store in the refrigerator
