today started out to be very beautiful...the weather was just great, I spent so time outside to get some vit D. I also rode my stationary bike, which I will try to do every day. Also I have been trying to practice standing with my walker....to get to walking with it....I 'm tired of being in this wheelchair. I have been in a slump..but I am determined..we'll see how it goes.
