Butter Pecan Cookies

 

350 F   16 min rotate pan half ways through

Ingredients

3/4 cup of chopped pecans

1/2 cup o0f butter

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup flour

Directions

using an electric mixer...beat butter for about 1 min...add sugar and beat until light

Beat in flour, salt, and flour till dough comes together ....fold in pecans

separate into 12 pieces.....flatten

Rasberry oatmeal bars

 Ingredients

1/2 cup packed lt. brown sugar

1 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of rolled oats

 1/2 cup of butter

3/4 cup of raspberry jam.

Directions

350 F 

Combine brown sugar, baking soda, flour,salt and oats . Rub in butter with hands or a pastry blender

to make crumbly mixture.

add 2 cups to greased 8 or 9 inch square pan spread jam on top of mixture then put rest of crumble on top

Bake 35 to 40 min  until lightly browned
