1/2 cup packed lt. brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup of raspberry jam.
Directions
350 F
Combine brown sugar, baking soda, flour,salt and oats . Rub in butter with hands or a pastry blender
to make crumbly mixture.
add 2 cups to greased 8 or 9 inch square pan spread jam on top of mixture then put rest of crumble on top
Bake 35 to 40 min until lightly browned
