sick--set me back some

Well I had been feeling sick since last Tuesday...........I missed thearpy on Thursday and was down till Monday..Went to thearpy today but was still a little shakey. But a least I did it ,

I was super tired afterwards.  I had a covid test and it was negative.

I really need to practice. Tomorrow. I will use the walker to go out to the family room and to the bathroom.  I want to be able to use the walker at my sons.  I'm going there in April when everything is done in his new house. I want to stay for a week. My dog can go too. His yard is fenced in.

I will do more eaach day so I don'tget as tired afterwards.
